Internetz,
I just got back from buying The Big Bang Season 3 on Blue Ray, along with The Lord of The Rings: The Fellowship of The Ring on Blue Ray as well. Currently watching Disc 1 of Big Bang. I'm so happy!

Internetz,
Today was another Sunday, but it was far from lazy. As you might know, I mostly tend to clean every other weekend. With Agro shedding at an alaraming rate and the bathrooms in desperate need of cleaning, I resolved to clean house today. So the day started with me waking up, taking the dog out and then getting breakfast from McDonald's which consisted of one large ice coffee. I drank about 1/3 of the iced-coffee and proceeded to play Fallout 3 for around an hour. Afterwards, I took Agro for a walk to Pet Smart where we encountered a trio of Corgis. After we got home I drank the last of the coffee and started to clean. First, I vacuumed downstairs and upstairs. Then, I did the dishes and cleaned the kitchen, as well as mopping the kitchen floor. When that was all done I started on the downstairs bathroom. Finally, I finished both of the upstairs bathrooms. It took me 4 hours of cleaning and tiding up the house before I was finished. I took a 30 minute break and then headed out to the grocery store to stock up on food. All said in done, I was pretty busy from 12pm to 7pm.

Internetz,
Today the hubby and I caught the afternoon showing of Inception over at the Lake Creek Alamo House. I'll spare you the details and simply say this movie is great, and extremely original. The concept of time perception in dreams was something that I had previously reflected on. I have never experienced a lifetime in dream, but I have experienced, what seems to be a large span of time during the course of a 3 hour nap. It has been my opinion that perhaps those that truly believe in an afterlife, be it heaven, hell, or ressurection into an eternal life in paradise, with a deep faith and belief will perhaps most likely experience this eternity in their subconscience as they die. Perhaps in that split second where life completely leaves your body, perhaps with that last bit of brain activity, you fall into a dream. And that last split second of life turns into milli-seconds, micro-seconds, nano-seconds, pico-seconds, and so-on into an eternity and thus into an eternal lifetime for your subconscience. I'd like to belive that this is the case, having experienced a wide ranging amount of ultra-vivid dreams where even the touch of another persons skin is indistinguishable from reality.

Internetz,
I wanted an IPhone 4 just like everyone else. I was unable to purchase one at the reduced price since I had just bought my IPhone 3GS this past December and I had just renewed my 2 year contract. The IPhone 3GS is still a pretty kick ass phone, unfortunately it seems the IPhone 4 suffers from a design problem related to the antenna. This only affects left handed users, and even then it's only a small percentage. Still, Apple did release an official response in which they did acknowledge a faulty algorithm for incorrectly calculating the number of bars to display in the UI. It's enough for me to wait until Apple releases their IPhone 5 in the next two years.

Internetz,
Sometimes I feel like I am losing my drive. Â Maybe it's because my interest in client side coding trumps any other interest. Â Recently I've been working on a C# project at work. Â And while both myself and the lead developer have made considerable progress, my contributions to the project pale in comparisons to his. Â Then again, he is the lead developer. Â But today at work I got to thinking; I have far more greater interest in client side technology than I do server side. Â And I know exactly why. Â All client side technology is standardized (HTML5, CSS3, JS), while all server side technology offers a variety of choices ranging from OS, programming platform or script languages, to storage layer solutions (MySQL, PSQL, NoSQL, SQLLite, etc). Â And while I'm sure that there varying reasons, good and bad, for choosing and utilizing a certain server side technology, I can always rely that client side technology, if implemented properly, will ensure a properly functioning web application across all modern browsers. Â For know I'm working on server side code, but I know that will change with certain projects in the pipeline that will require me to do more UI work. Â

Internetz,
I just wanted to write about my impression of WOW so far. Â I played a few more hours last night and I was able to level up to level 5. Â All I can say is that it has yet to capture me the way other RPG game did such as; Fallout 3, Oblivion, Shadow of the Colossus, Iku, Final Fantasy 7 through 12, all of the Zelda series, Xenogears, and Kingdom Hearts. Â WOW is fun to play, but without the real promise of an end-game and with little story to guide you along it simply feels like a RPG with missions that are in no way related to each other in a sense of a story and whose story line itself is pretty unimpressive. Â I guess I just realized I'm more of a fan of the story being told than the game being played.Â

I've been busy cleaning the house today. Started out with dusting and then picking up around the place. Proceeded to do the dishes and clean the kitchen. Afterwards, took a break for lunch and started doing some web development, adding in a new style element. Gonna cut off right now and continue cleaning - need to vacuum.
