Color me WOW
Internetz,
For a while now, the hubby has been busy playing World of Warcraft. I had always stayed away from MMORPGs simply because I never really got that level of gaming yet; I was content playing stand-alone, sandbox style games, RPGs, first person shooters and especially fighting games. But as all things progress forward, so did my interest in other gaming genres. Erik was not my only influence in getting me to join the MMORPG scene, my neighbor and buddy, Ethan, is constantly playing MMORPGs such as Fallen Earth, Age of Conan and Everquest. I often spend time over at his place watching him play. Some of the worlds, especially in Age of Conan, are enormous in their size, rendered beatifully, and are well populated with NPCs and Online players alike. It was enough that about two days ago, I hunkered down on my couch, popped in my DVD of The Big Band Theory Season 1, installed World of Warcraft and got my MMORPG on. Truthfully, I've been preoccupied with my web page as of recently and thus have only put in an hour of gameplay. I will most likely put in more hours during the weekend. I don't intend to become addicted to the game, and I'm hoping to get my fill of the game within my 10 day trial period; I have other interests and other game titles to check out. Bye, Internetz. Oh and BTW, I chose Horde, Tauren race, shaman class. Grrrr.Â
